FAQs
Where is the course delivered?
The course is delivered online via Zoom. You can download the Zoom app on your phone or laptop. Try to do this in advance. You do not need a log in to attend.
Do I need to be on camera or speak?
No, it is not compulsory for you to have your camera on, if you are not comfortable. I will be doing most of the talking and muting participants, but if you would like to ask any questions, there will be opportunities to do so.
Is it a practical session?
No, there is no expectation for you to participate in a practical way. However, it will be handy to have pen and paper and you can use my short workbook to write notes during the session.
How long will the course be?
The session will be running for approx. 1 hour 30mins.
What happens if I cannot make the live session?
The session will be recorded and a secure link sent to you within 48 hours to watch in your own time. This link will be available for up to 12 months.
Is this for cake making beginners or experts?
This is for cake makers of any skill level. Whether you are just starting out and want to explore using flowers on cakes, or if you have been using them for a while and would like to update your knowledge.
Will there be time to ask questions?
Yes, I will be allocating some time during the session to ask any questions. If you want to ask a question while I am talking, I will address them towards the end of the session.
Will there be any digital or printable content?
Yes, there will be some PDF files that you can download in advance of the course and keep or print at your own leisure.

Terms and Conditions for Cake Flower Mastery course:
1. Course Overview
By enrolling in Cake Flower Mastery (the "Course"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth by The Baking Business Lounge and Krissy Quinton ("we", "us", "our"). This agreement governs your participation in the Course and outlines the policies related to payments, cancellations, intellectual property, and more.

2. Enrolment and Payments
2.1 Eligibility
To enrol in the Course, participants must meet any prerequisite qualifications stated in the Course description.
2.2 Fees and Payment
The course payment is due upon enrolment, and access to the Course will be granted only after full payment is received.
2.3 Payment Plans
If applicable, payment plans must be adhered to according to the specified schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of access to the Course.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations by You
If you choose to cancel your enrolment before the Course start date, you may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made:
within 14 day of booking are eligible for a full refund.
after 14 days of booking: No refund
After the Course begins: No refund
3.2 Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Course due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future Course date.

4. Course Access and Content
4.1 Course Materials
All materials provided during the Course, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, and digital resources, are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any of these materials without prior written consent.
4.2 Access Period
Participants will have access to the Course content for 12 months following the end of the Course.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Course content are owned by The Business Baking Lounge or its licensors. By participating in the Course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not sell, share, or otherwise distribute these materials for commercial purposes.

6. Conduct and Participation
6.1 Respectful Environment
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove participants who violate this policy without refund.
6.2 Attendance and Participation
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, a recording of the session will be made available to you within 48 hours. Access to the recording will be available for 12 months following the end of the course.
6.3 Prohibition on Sharing
The recording and other materials are intended solely for your personal use. You may not share, forward, or distribute to anyone else. Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in the termination of your access to the Course materials without refund and may be subject to further legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course and its materials are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from your participation in the Course.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Baking Business Lounge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
